About pricing
Prices on product pages show the current price for each style in issue #7, before the special 50% discount is deducted at checkout.

No code is needed  - the discount is applied automatically for eligible items.

General terms
Access to RESERVE 0026 is shared via direct link. Access to the page is not in itself a guarantee that a given style, size, color, or set of terms will be available at any specific time. RESERVE 0026 is intended as a rotating selection rather than a fixed catalog. Later updates may in some cases present remaining styles under different terms, including an adjusted discount and a lower final price.

Left over. Not left behind.

Every sweater we make leaves behind cones of high-quality yarn. Too small for a full production run. Too precious to discard.

On vintage German knitting machines from the 1960s, these remnants are plied together in high numbers.

The result is a blanket of exceptional weight, elasticity, and depth of colour.

Character that modern machines cannot replicate.

Available in two versions:

LOYAL blanket in a dotted jacquard
HAVEN blanket in solid colours and melanges

The man behind the machine.
Since 1954.

Born in 1946, Holger is the son of S. N. S. HERNING's founder. He has been knitting since the age of eight.

Holger operates the vintage German machines that produce our blankets.

Machines that require a specific knowledge, accumulated over decades, to run at all.

For Holger, they are not a constraint. They are the medium through which he works out his ideas, pattern by pattern, colour by colour.
