RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, this can easily be arranged via our return portal:

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
A return fee of EUR 15.00 applies and will automatically be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.
To qualify for a full refund, all items must be returned in their original condition. This means that garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and the signed hang tag must remain intact.
Returned goods are refunded within 3-5 working days of receipt, provided that the goods meet the conditions for return and are returned in the same condition as new. The refund amount is refunded via the same payment method as used for the purchase.
Returns must be registered in the return portal within 14 days of receipt, and the item must be sent back within 16 days thereafter. The return deadline is met if the parcel is handed over to the carrier within this period.
For customers located outside the EU, a return label will not be provided. In this case, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. No return fee will be deducted from the refund for returns sent from outside the EU. However, the return must still be registered through our return portal so that we are informed in advance whether the parcel is for an exchange or a refund when it arrives.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, this can be selected directly in the return portal. Should you choose an item at a different price, any price difference will be calculated automatically. You may either pay the difference or receive a credit if the new item is of lower value. The replacement item will be sent to you without additional shipping charges, ensuring a smooth and seamless exchange process.
RETURN TERMS & GUIDELINES
Where available, returns should be created via our return portal using the provided return label.
For customers located outside the EU, a return label will not be provided. In this case, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, including original tags and packaging where applicable. Please ensure that all items are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.
