Your card will be debited once your order has been shipped. All amounts are in EUR (Euro). H. H. S. & Co. ApS use an approved payment server. All your information is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and cannot be accessed by a third party.
PRICES & VAT
All prices are listed exclusive VAT.
European VAT will be applied in the cart with your local rate.
Please note that local charges (custom duties, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local import regulations. The charges are at the recipient’s own expense.
Norway
We are registered under the VOEC scheme. Items sold below NOK 3000 = EUR 298,88 will be charged the applicable VAT rate on the webshop, but will not be subject to customs duties in Norway.
Items sold with a value of more than NOK 3000 = EUR 298,88 will automatically have the VAT deducted on the webshop. But will be charged with the Norwegian customs duties.
Great Britain
We have a registered EORI number. Items sold below £135 = EUR 157.74 will be charged the applicable VAT rate on the webshop, but will not be subject to customs duties in the UK.
Items sold with a value of more than £135 = EUR 157.74 will automatically have the VAT deducted on the webshop. But will be charged with the British customs duties.
Customer information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of ordering - including name, address, and email address – is correct. S. N. S. HERNING cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information.

We offer international delivery with UPS to most European countries.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above EUR 275.00.
Orders below EUR 275.00 will be charged a shipping fee of EUR 15.00.

The package is delivered directly to your address on weekdays. -

Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), longer delivery times may occur.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your shipment.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at webshop@sns-herning.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
Please note that we do not have any control over these charges, and cannot inform you what the cost will be, as custom policies and import duties and charges vary from country to country.
The recipient takes full responsibility of all postal charges, return shipment costs, customer charges or/and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel, due to import charges and/or taxes.
Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT / RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, you may return a faulty product within 24 months of purchase if the item is defective due to a fabric or production fault.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or incorrect washing.
In the event of a valid claim, S. N. S. HERNING will, within reason, cover the return costs. In some cases, we may also arrange for the item to be collected.
All claims must be arranged in advance. Please contact us at
webshop@sns-herning.com before returning a faulty item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange items purchased from our webshop within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are returned in their original, saleable condition.
To qualify for a full refund, garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and the signed hang tag must remain intact.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
A return fee of EUR 15.00 applies and will automatically be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed.
Returns must be registered in the return portal within 14 days of receipt. Once the return has been created, the return deadline is considered met.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt, provided the returned items meet the conditions stated above. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, this can be selected directly in the return portal.
If the replacement item is priced differently, any price difference will be calculated automatically. You may either pay the difference or receive a credit if the new item is of lower value. Replacement items are shipped without additional shipping charges.
RETURN TERMS & GUIDELINES
Where available, returns must be shipped using the return label generated in the return portal to ensure secure delivery and avoid import duties.
For certain countries, a prepaid return label may not be available. In such cases, the return shipment must be arranged by the customer and sent to the return address below.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, including original tags and packaging where applicable. Please ensure that items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. S. N. S. HERNING cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. Any customs fees incurred due to incorrect declaration remain the responsibility of the sender.
