NON EU CUSTOMERS
All prices include Danish VAT. If you are based outside of the EU - you will not be subject to paying the VAT.
This means that 20% of the listed price will automatically be deducted when you select your non-EU country at the payment checkout.
Please note that local charges (custom duties, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local import regulations. The charges are at the recipient’s own expense.
Orders below EUR 120.00 will be charged a shipping fee of EUR 19.00
Orders below EUR 250.00 will be charged a shipping fee of EUR 10.00
Orders above EUR 250.00 will be free of shipping charge.
We ship with DHL EXPRESS within 3 days of receiving your order.
Delivery time is 1-4 days after despatch.
During Black Friday and at Christmas time delivery can be longer than usual.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
Please note that we do not have any control over these charges, and cannot inform you what the cost will be, as custom policies and import duties and charges vary from country to country.
The recipient takes full responsibility of all postal charges, return shipment costs, customer charges or/and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel, due to import charges and/or taxes.
Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT
In accordance with The Sale of Goods Act you can return a faulty product to us within 2 years of purchase, for one or more of the following reasons: Fabric fault and/or production fault. This warranty does not cover damages caused by mis-use, especially damages developed as a cause of wrong product care/washing. H. H. S. & Co. ApS will cover, within reason, the return expense of faulty product. We can also arrange for the faulty product to be picked up.

When a refund is the agreed outcome, we will ask for your account information to process the refund.
You can return your item, purchased on our webshop, to us within 30 days of receipt in their original, saleable condition.
To get a full refund, please return in its' original condition: you cannot use the
garment(s), wash them or treat them in other ways, and please keep the signed hang tag intact.
The cost of the return is at your expense. You must notify us if your wish to return an item no later than 14 days after receiving your purchase, and return the item within 16 days thereafter.

Just send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and we will email you a DHL return label that you can print and attach to the package.
The price is EUR 31.00. We will deduct the EUR 31.00 from your refund.
STORE CREDIT EUR 31.00
Please fill out the Return form and we will issue a STORE CREDIT of EUR 31.00. The code for the store credit will be e-mailed to the account linked to your order.
